Before submitting a Bullying and Harassment Questionnaire to WorkSafeBC, you must take the following steps first:
  1. Report the bullying and harassment to your employer.
  2. Contact the Prevention Information Line to speak to a prevention officer.

If you have already reported the bullying and harassment to your employer and have spoken with a prevention officer, you may submit a Bullying and Harassment Questionnaire, which will be reviewed by a prevention officer who will determine whether or not to make further inquiries.

Note: The Bullying and Harassment Questionnaire cannot be used to report a workplace injury or disease or a mental health disorder.
