Continuous improvement within a safety management system

An example of an established approach used to continually improve employees’ health, safety, and well-being within a safety management system is found in CSA Standard Z1000 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. It uses the Edward Deming continuous improvement model of “Plan-Do-Check-Act.”
